岗位职责： 1，大学生用户群体开发引流：深入洞察大学生群体的行为习惯、兴趣偏好和需求痛点，制定针对性强的引流策略，通过线上线下相结合的方式，将潜在大学生用户转化为实际用户，有效提升用户规模； 2，大学生渠道开拓及维护：积极拓展与高校社团、学生会、校内自媒体等大学生群体渠道的合作关系，建立长期稳定的合作模式。定期与渠道伙伴沟通交流，及时了解渠道动态和需求，不断优化合作方案，确保渠道的高效运作； 3，引流抓手整理：对各类引流手段和工具进行收集、整理和分析； 4，其他增长相关工作：密切关注行业动态和市场变化，积极探索新的用户增长机会和方法，参与制定和执行整体增长策略，协助团队完成其他与用户增长相关的工作任务。 职位要求 1、本科以上学历，2年以上C端用户运营经验； 2、有私域或社群运营转化经验，有企业微信运营成功案例优先； 3、较强的沟通能力和抗压能力，情绪管理和时间管理能力
