The design of the campus blends natural scenery with architecture, with key cutting-edge technologies for energy conservation and environmental protection adopted during the design and construction process, in a bid to establish the campus as a new benchmark of green, smart and sustainable development. 职位职责: 1、负责抖音生活服务平台用户成长体系搭建,包括人群分层策略、成长体系、权益体系设计及运营推进,对用户的规模增长、留存、活跃和付费转化等核心指标负责; 2、负责用户等级成长体系建设,基于用户生命周期、行为特征与消费需求,拆解等级体系策略、定义成长路径与激励机制,并推动产品、运营与商家侧协同落地; 3、设计并建设用户分级权益体系,结合用户需求与行业供给,进行权益引入、权益包设计与组合优化,提升用户对平台的价值感与使用频次; 4、负责权益相关的商家招商工作,整合平台商家资源,制定招商策略、筛选优质供给,推动商家合作上线与权益共建; 5、基于数据分析和市场洞察,持续优化用户增长体系效果,制定并执行周期性运营策略(如用户召回、成长加速、权益拉新等); 6、跨部门协作,与产品、算法、品类运营、城市运营等团队紧密配合,推进用户成长体系产品化与规模化。 职位要求: 1、本科及以上学历,3年及以上用户运营、会员运营、增长运营、营销活动运营等相关经验,有平台型/电商/本地生活用户经营经验优先; 2、具备扎实的数据分析能力,能基于业务目标拆解指标、构建分析逻辑,熟练使用数据看板,有SQL能力者优先; 3、了解平台会员体系、积分成长体系、用户激励机制等方法论,具备从0到1设计或从1到N优化经验者更佳; 4、具备良好的策划能力与创意能力,能够整合平台内外资源形成可落地的运营方案,同时具备用户视角和商家视角,理解供需两端增长诉求; 5、优秀的沟通能力、跨团队协同能力与推进力,能够在复杂业务环境中推动策略落地; 6、具备行业视野,对本地生活、电商、会员体系趋势敏感,具备较强的市场洞察力、策略思考能力和调研分析能力。

岗位职责: 1、产品建设与团队带领:深度参与AI+智能招投创新产品的产品化建设全周期工作,带领产品研发团队,确保产品顺利交付,共同探讨、剖析产品在功能、性能等方面的优化方向,持续提升产品的适用性和竞争力 。 2、售前需求与方案能力:对接客户,通过现场拜访、视频会议等多种形式,开展客户招投标业务场景调研,向客户系统演示产品的核心功能、技术优势及应用效果,深度结合客户现有招投标系统架构形成智能评标解决方案。 3、交付与闭环:深入项目交付,现场与客户梳理产品需求,牵头进行项目业务架构设计与内部产品技术对接,运用专业方法对企业发布的招标文件、条款,精准识别、提取关键评审项,推动智能评标产品在项目中招投标场景中的应用落地。 任职要求: 1、本科及以上学历,计算机、工程管理、法学(招投标方向)等相关专业,或 5 年以上招投标领域产品经验(专业可放宽); 2、必须拥有3年以上招标产品经验以及1年以上AI产品经验,熟悉工程 / 物资 / 服务类招标法规及评标全流程规则; 3、具备基础 AI 认知(如大模型、智能体、RAG),能与技术团队沟通可行性,有智能招标、评标工具设计经验者优先; 4、具备产品 Owner 意识,强沟通协调、团队协作及项目管理能力,能推动跨团队落地; 5、可以接受出差(按项目实际情况,1-3个月); 6、有PMP证书者优先考虑。
