Besides, you should demonstrate proficiency and knowledge of: • Strong experience in application support methodology, process execution and monitoring • Strong communication and cooperation skills with different department team and customer to improve user experiences. • Strong team leadership capability to manage support team and vendors with Plan Making, Process Execution, Status tracking and efficiency improving. • Strong experience in Application SRE and HA deployment and operation experience • Strong experience in Container technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes and related components • Strong experience in operation tools such as API Gateway, Monitoring, ELK etc. • Strong experience in Cloud providers such as Ali and Azure • Familiar with Relational and document databases such as Mysql, Postgres or Mongodb • Familiar with middleware like message queue and Redis • Familiar with SDLC and release management with release tools like Maven, Jenkins, Gradle, Travis with Configuration tools such as Ansible, nacos • Familiar with Quality and Code Security Tools such as SonarQube, Jfrog, Twistlock, Nexus etc. • ITIL and PMP for IT operation and project management • Understand with software development testing process including unit test, functional test & performance test is a plus • Cloud technologies such as virtualization, storage and network domains in a cloud service model is a plus • Network engineering concepts (e.g. Firewalls, Load Balancers, CDN's) is a plus
