We are looking for a candidate with proven skills in business analysis and project implementation to deploy our on-demand network/software platform and deliver professional services to solve each of our customers’ business and on-demand workflow needs.
The role of an Implementation Manager will require you to be an expert on all matters concerning the use and implementation of the Custom Gateway Platform. The ideal candidate should be adept at project scoping, developing implementation plans to manage projects, and providing first-line support to our customers. By working closely with each stakeholder to address our customers’ requirements, you will be responsible for managing every technical aspect of Custom Gateway’s solutions, providing useful knowledge and assistance to both our customers and internally to our implementation, support, and sales teams.
Your main responsibility will be to ensure that the Custom Gateway product is successfully deployed for our customers according to their needs. This includes:
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget.
• Lead the initiation and planning of a project and ensure technical feasibility.
• Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties for the flawless execution of projects.
• Manage relationships between clients and stakeholders.
• Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks.
• Post-sales support, assisting our sales teams throughout the customers’ subscription lifecycle (e.g., during client review meetings, identifying opportunities to upsell into Develop learning content to be delivered both internally amongst our teams, and externally for our customers and other strategic partners.
Prerequisites and qualifications for this role include:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Management, (or another equivalent or related qualification with technical/management background).
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in similar department/role (i.e., project management, SaaS/IT industry).
• Good understanding of software concepts, system implementations, project management, multiple technologies, frameworks, application, or other directly related experience.
• Flexibility in managing working hours, often to accommodate multiple time zones.
• Ability to troubleshoot on the fly, and up to date with the latest technologies.
• Detail-oriented, able to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Willing to travel domestically and/or internationally if required.
• Fully proficient in English and Mandarin. Cantonese is also preferred.
