    工作职责: 1、能够对行业(包括新行业)进行逻辑梳理和总结输出价值导向的文档; 2、能够对中小型制造企业运行逻辑进行梳理和总结输出价值导向的文档; 3、配合销售人员进行数字化制造平台系统售前工作:包括梳理挖掘客户需求、售前幻灯讲解、软件演示、技术宣讲、技术交流、技术引导等; 4、负责分析和确认数字化制造平台系统项目的售前需求,结合公司的软件系统,编写数字化制造平台系统项目的售前解决方案; 5、能依据客户需求并结合现有标准产品描述功能画像,协助产品经理制作标准产品蓝图; 6、配合销售工程师完成数字化制造平台系统项目从接触到投标的技术材料准备,配合上级经理完成公司产品交流PPT、产品资料及相关文档的资料编写; 职位要求: 1、本科及以上学历,10年以上相关工作经验,至少2个以上不同行业服务经验; 2、 熟悉制造业企业业务流程、制造业信息化知识以及计算机软件相关知识,熟练使用office, Visio等办公软件; 2、曾任工厂Lean经理/精益经理/OE经理/生产经理/供应链经理者优先; 3、有MES/ERP/WMS/PLM咨询经验或实际操盘MES/ERP/WMS/PLM项目经验者优先,至少2个以上管控从项目需求-技术要求-技术方案-报价-开发部署-交付-售后整个过程。 4、在制造业企业从事生产管理、车间信息化、智能制造、工艺设计等相关工作经验者优先; 5、有精益生产管理或咨询经验者优先。具备方案撰写能力,熟悉需求分析及场景化能力优先; 6、人品优秀,诚实、稳重,工作认真负责,有大局观和很好的统筹协调能力,超强的引导能力,能够适应部分出差工作;
