一、岗位职责： 1、负责电子化招标采购、采购预算及管理、电子商城、供应链管理等数字化采购软件系统的售前支持，协助完成销售目标； 2、理解客户的业务现状及痛点，为销售人员拜访客户提供专业支持，挖掘客户的需求、项目评估、方案的撰写与讲解、产品演示及项目招投标准备等； 3、基于客户的业务，理解客户的个性化需求，负责客户对系统的试用指导，并及时将客户试用情况反馈给销售人员，共同制定下一步行动策略； 4、定期收集行业动态，针对行业及竞品作深入调研，向产品经理提供市场信息及优化建议； 5、负责标杆案例及行业典型客户案例的提炼与总结，持续完善售前支持体系； 6、保持与各部门高度合作及协同。 二、任职要求： 1、本科及以上学历，3年以上IT产品售前工作经验，具备独立的方案规划、设计及撰写能力； 2、了解公开招标及政府、国有企业采购操作过程，有组织政府或央国企项目招标采购经验者优先； 3、了解SaaS及定制开发服务，具备招标采购、供应链管理软件项目经验者优先； 4、较强的售前业务能力及市场思维，良好的支持性； 5、快速学习能力，擅于接触并学习新事物新知识新概念； 6、优秀的沟通能力及演讲和应变能力，良好的团队合作意识。

职位职责： 1、负责字节内部产品隐私与数据安全项目管理。深度理解业务逻辑辑和各周期目标、推动团队拆解目标并制定交付计划、确保迭代的高质量交付以最终达成业务目标； 2、管理和协调紧急/复杂项目集，在规定时间内高质量按时交付项目，对项目结果负责。能通过定量、定性分析度量项目产出及效率； 3、结合业务和团队特点，不断优化流程。发现、跟踪、总结风险问题，并提供模板、工具、方法论以推动团队各环节持续改进，最大化团队效率。 职位要求： 1、本科及以上学历，3年以上互联网公司项目管理工作经验，有全球或跨国项目经验者优先； 2、具备优秀的业务理解力、逻辑思维及分析能力,有很强的项目责任意识; 3、有合规、隐私保护、数据安全、风险管理经验者优先； 4、具有较强的执行力，目标结果导向，善于归纳总结，推动团队效率不断提升； 5、能独立负责一个业务方向的项目管理工作,有较好的数据分析和结果量化能力； 6、英语可作为工作语言，能接受长期海外出差，有创业经验。
