    工作职责: 1、根据业务中长期愿景,制定品牌定位策略,品牌架构体系,品牌传播策略等,并开展品牌沟通与传播; 2、进行品牌资产管理,品牌物料及资产增值,包括TVC创意制作、公仔家族建设、社区文化符号等及其衍生策划及传播; 3、完善品牌力指标体系,不断监测追踪,适时发现问题,产出解决方案,提升品牌核心指标。 任职资格: 1、5年及以上品牌建设或品牌营销经验,热爱品牌工作,对品牌建设有自己的见解和坚持; 2、理解品牌和业务之间的关系,能够通过品牌管理辐射和影响业务,进而提升品牌意识和品牌价值; 3、有品牌维度的作品,包括但不限于TVC、品牌Campaign等。
