    Responsibilities: This position is a backend developer. The responsibility is to work as a tech lead in a team for the following areas: 1. Design and implement modern micro-service, cloud native services, working with HTML5/WeChat/mobile based client. 2. Design and implement performance, scalability, security goal to support growing business needs. 3. Hands-on practice of key design, and measurement to ensure delivery smoothness. 4. Good communicator on dependencies and business. Requirements: 1. 5 years or above industry experience in digital / Internet business 2. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related area 3. Must: Knowledge of general concept of Internet, including TCP/IP, DNS, CDN, certificate, HTTP protocol, Linux, SQL (MySQL is preferred, PostgreSQL or Microsoft SQL Server are OK). 4. Must: Knowledge of Java programming language, toolchain (like Maven, Gradle, JFrog, etc.), and common design patterns. 5. Must: Knowledge of Spring Boot, Spring Cloud technology and corresponding coding patterns. 6. Must: Knowledge of E-Commerce technical protocols (OAuth2, JWT, SAML, NTML, etc.). 7. Must: Experience on design pattern and coding practice of scalability improvements for micro-services. Including but not limited to: Java SDK optimization, database scalability, Redis, MQ, MyBatis, Python, etc. 8. Must: Deep knowledge of driving good coding practice across team to improve code quality, including but not limited to unit test, code coverage, coding standard, etc. Familiar with Java-based code quality improvement tool. 9. Must: Strong trouble shooting skills to debug JDK issues, including but not limited to performance, memory leak, etc. 10. Must: Knowledge of design pattern of high availability system like primary-backup database, across-DC multiple instances, multi-tenant, etc. 11. Must: Familiar with UML and other similar design tools. 12. Must: Knowledge of Linux and shell programming. Good to have: Familiar with Amazon AWS cloud solution. Require knowledge of EC2 (virtual machines). Knowledge of Cloud watch is a great plus. Good to have: 1. Understand general concept of security concept on Internet-based services. 2. Familiar of CI/CD pipeline such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc. Experience of GitLab CI is a great plus. 3. General concept of HTML5 / WeChat programming. 4. Familiar with other cloud solutions is a great plus: Aliyun, Azure, Tencent Cloud. Project management and execution 1. Knowledge of Agile development process. 2. General experience of tracking project with at least one efficient system like Jira/Confluence. 3. Proved experience of leading a digital product development from self-driven to team-driven. 2 years or above experience of tech lead. 4. Good communication in Chinese and English with multiple partners and sites. 5. Experience of TDD, familiar with Junit framework. 6. Experience of working in e-commerce related industry is a great plus. 7. Experience of working in vehicle digital related industry is a great plus.
