职位描述 1、负责携程混合多云Infra控制面的Workflow、GitOPS设计与实现； 2、负责混合多云环境下PaaS/IaaS资源的抽象，降低混合多云的差异带来的复杂性； 3、负责GitOPS Workflow的可靠性设计，降低变更风险； 4、负责编排设计与实现，自动化新环境的整体交付，提升效率与质量； 5、负责对开源生态进行调研，并提出决策意见。 职位要求 1、计算机相关专业，本科以上学历，3年以上开发经验； 2、有K8s的开发或使用/运维的经验，深入理解K8s的架构设计及云原生的架构理念； 3、熟悉 Golang，或至少一种后端编程语言且具备快速转向 Golang 的能力； 4、熟悉Linux环境，有良好的计算机网络基础； 5、对面向失败的设计有良好的敏感性； 6、优秀的沟通协作能力、分析解决问题能力和学习能力。 具备以下条件之一者优先： 1、有大型系统的云原生交付/运维工具研发经验； 2、有Kustomize/Terraform等编排工具的中大型项目经验； 3、有Jenkins-X/Crossplane/KubeVela等基础设施交付、控制面项目经验； 4、K8s扩展开发(自定义资源/控制器/webhook/自定义API等)相关经验； 5、熟悉云计算架构体系和技术解决方案，有大规模集群架构设计、性能优化相关经验。
