1. 学历与专业：大专及以上学历，测绘工程、工程测量、地质工程等相关专业；持有测量员证、注册测绘师证等相关资质证书者优先。 ​ 2. 技能能力：熟练操作全站仪、GPS/RTK、水准仪等矿用测量仪器，能独立完成控制测量、巷道标定、采场放样、地形测绘等工作；精通CAD、CASS等测绘软件，能应对矿场复杂地形与作业环境。 ​ 3. 职业素养：严格遵守矿山安全操作规程，具备较强的安全意识；工作严谨细致、责任心强具备良好的沟通协调能力，可配合采矿、地质等部门完成协同工作。 ​ 4. 其他要求：身体健康；服从矿场现场管理，能接受驻矿工作安排。
