一、岗位职责： 1、负责电子化招标采购、采购预算及管理、电子商城、供应链管理等数字化采购软件系统的售前支持，协助完成销售目标； 2、理解客户的业务现状及痛点，为销售人员拜访客户提供专业支持，挖掘客户的需求、项目评估、方案的撰写与讲解、产品演示及项目招投标准备等； 3、基于客户的业务，理解客户的个性化需求，负责客户对系统的试用指导，并及时将客户试用情况反馈给销售人员，共同制定下一步行动策略； 4、定期收集行业动态，针对行业及竞品作深入调研，向产品经理提供市场信息及优化建议； 5、负责标杆案例及行业典型客户案例的提炼与总结，持续完善售前支持体系； 6、保持与各部门高度合作及协同。 二、任职要求： 1、本科及以上学历，3年以上IT产品售前工作经验，具备独立的方案规划、设计及撰写能力； 2、了解公开招标及政府、国有企业采购操作过程，有组织政府或央国企项目招标采购经验者优先； 3、了解SaaS及定制开发服务，具备招标采购、供应链管理软件项目经验者优先； 4、较强的售前业务能力及市场思维，良好的支持性； 5、快速学习能力，擅于接触并学习新事物新知识新概念； 6、优秀的沟通能力及演讲和应变能力，良好的团队合作意识。

职位职责： 1、搭建财务共享各模块报告分析体系，监控指标异动并分析归因，输出深度有价值的分析报告和洞见； 2、根据业务分析专题，提供专项分析报告，支持管理决策，赋能成本控制，实现数据驱动的精益运营； 3、搭建业务分析看板并支持日常运维和优化迭代，精准定位运营风险及异常，并及时与相关方沟通解决； 4、熟悉财务相关系统、业务流程及上下游数据资产，理解业务痛点和管理诉求，并转化为数据分析课题。 职位要求： 1、本科及以上学历，计算机或财务相关专业者优先； 2、5年以上数据分析经验，熟悉科技行业、或有财务分析经验者优先； 3、了解机器学习基础理论方法，熟练使用SQL/Python等开发语言及BI工具； 4、较强的逻辑思维及沟通能力；对数据敏感，具有较强的数据分析和报告能力； 5、良好的职业道德和工作热情，高度的自我驱动和结果导向，勇于创新和接受挑战； 6、中英文表达流利，英语六级及以上。

岗位职责: 1、负责微博各垂类业务相关设计工作，如微博娱乐、微博电竞等核心业务的视觉设计工作，负责微博大型品牌活动全链路设计； 2、独立完成方案策划，完成各种品牌运营向视觉的产出，并总结梳理模版与设计规范； 3、主导完成项目线上游戏玩法创意与制作、线下IP衍生品与产品包装等各种物料设计； 4、熟练掌握PS、AI、C4D、Blender、Figma等常规设计软件，擅长使用AE与AIGC设计者优先； 任职要求： 1、美术、设计或相关专业本科以上学历； 2、3年以上品牌视觉方向工作经验； 3、有丰富的互联网产品设计理论知识和对流行趋势敏锐的洞察力； 4、良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，带领初级设计人员共同完成项目； 5、具有视频编辑与动画设计能力者优先考虑。
