Reporting and Support • Assemble and distribute operational reports and performance metrics (KPI) to both the field team and management team on a regular basis. Provide management with interpretations of reports and assist them in understanding underlying data. • Maintain and audit critical sales data to ensure the accuracy and timely distribution of critical reports • Manage the design of sales reporting tools, including automation of reporting, and the building of new metrics and dashboards. • Work with key account team in new OE allocation plan. Marketing operations • Support Manager in organizing and coordinating marketing activities, such as seminars, dealership promotions, either BtoB or BtoC level communication, events to promote products and business in China • Coordinate with design/production agency to finish the point of sales materials, like display, leaflets, racks, hang tag, etc. • Assisting Manager in working with OEM key account team to fulfill OEM tire program target with marketing activities. • Support manager in market analysis that covers tire industry environment, customers, and competitors • - Other job as assigned by Managers. Other Duties as Assigned • Be willing and able to perform other tasks that may be in addition to the original job description Position Requirements • Bachelors’ degree in Marketing, Mathematics / Statistics, Business / Management or related field • 1 year of experience in analytics, data management, operations, marketing or related fields • Excellent verbal and written communication in both Chinese and English • Microsoft proficient with focus on Excel. Database, VBA, SQL, R or Python experience a plus • Experience with statistics, data trends, data modeling, and data manipulation is a plus • Detail-oriented, organized and creative thinker, practical problem solver, with the ability to build relationships with management and colleagues • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure
