Roles & Responsibilities
1. Provide solution design to meet the business requirements and document the solution in the setup document and functional specification
2. Define the test plan and test scenarios, and assist the users to prepare test script and perform system testing
3. Interact with business users to study and analyze the business requirements and assists the users to document their requirements
4. Provide functional training to the key users and then the key users will then train the end users. That is the train the trainer approach.
5. Investigate system problems encountered by users and provide resolutions
6. Perform quality check of project deliverables and ensure it is in good quality and meet IT internal standard
7. Proactively identify the improvement areas of Oracle techniques, methodologies and deliverables
Requirements
1. Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science
2. 3 – 5 years of experience in Oracle ERP R12 implementation and Functional Support. Have good knowledge in finance and distribution process in the manufacturing industry.
3. Strong Proficiency in Oracle ERP R12 Finance (GL/AR/AP/FA/PA), Product Costing and Distribution (OM/Shipping/PO/iProcurement/INV) modules.
4. Good at user’s requirements analysis and solution design. Knowledge in data scheme of Oracle R12 especially on finance and distribution modules, and able to use the SQL tools e.g. TOAD to do trouble shooting and data analysis.
5. Good communication and presentation skill, strong analytical mind and problem solving skill.
6. Fluent English written and spoken is required
