Product Manager-Blockchain
Job description:
1. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand customer needs, market trends, and identify opportunities for growth.
2. Develop a comprehensive Web3/Blockchain product strategy that aligns with the company's goals and vision.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product launches.
4. Develop and manage the product roadmap to ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.
5. Communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to stakeholders, including executives, potential investors, customers, and partners.

Requirements:
1. More than 5 years of work experience, graduated from 985/211 universities, or with overseas work or study experience.
2. Familiar with the entire landscape of the blockchain industry, with at least 2 years of experience in blockchain or related industry products.
3. Good English speaking and reading abilities, able to communicate and collaborate with overseas partners.
4. Familiar with product lifecycle management, with successful experience in at least one product
5. Strong logical thinking ability, data sensitivity, product innovation awareness, and business sensitivity.
