* Manage and grow the company's social media and video followings through consistent publishing and engagement with audiences.

* Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop and execute content campaigns that align with overall business goals.

* Analyze and report on the performance of social media and video content, using tools such as Google Analytics and Hootsuite.

* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media and video content marketing.

Requirements:

* 2+ years of experience in social media and video content marketing, preferably in an e-commerce or retail setting.

* Proven track record of developing and executing successful content campaigns across multiple channels.

* Strong video editing skills and the ability to create visually engaging content.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality content.

* Proficient in social media management platforms, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Sprout Social.

* Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices.

* Willingness to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
