岗位职责：
Job responsibilities:
1. 负责非标自动化产品电气设计和开发，包括电气系统的设计、选型、方案制定等；
2. 负责领导和协调电气团队的工作，确保项目的顺利实施和交付；
3. 负责确定电气产品开发的技术路线和方向，持续提高产品的性能和质量；
4. 负责与其他团队进行协调和沟通，如机械团队、软件团队等，确保整个产品的一体化开发；
5. 负责提供技术支持和解决方案，支持销售团队和客户；
6. 负责建立电气部门的制度，流程以及标准化，各项体系、制度的制定和完善；
7. 负责部门团队建设、人才培养和整体技术能力提升。
1. Responsible for electrical design and development of non-standard automation equipment, including electrical system design, model selection, design proposal, etc.;
2. Responsible for leading and coordinating the work of the electrical team to ensure the smooth implementation and delivery of the project;
3. Responsible for determining the technical route and direction of electrical product development, continuous improvement of product performance and quality;
4. Responsible for coordination and communication with other teams, such as mechanical team, software team, etc., to ensure the integrated development of the entire product;
5. Responsible for providing technical support and solutions for sales team and customers.
6. Responsible for the establishment of the system, process and standardization of the electrical department, the formulation and improvement of various systems;
7. Responsible for departmental team building, personnel training and overall technical ability improvement.
知识、技能和能力:
Knowledge, skills and abilities:
1. 精通电气方案设计，主流PLC系统编程（西门子，基恩士，欧姆龙、三菱等），熟练运用各组态软件及工业通讯网络，以及主流机器人品牌应用，精通各种编程语言（梯形图，ST，SFC等）；
2. 熟悉电气控制理论，了解机械传动、液压、气动相关知识；
3. 工作细心认真，责任心强，思维敏捷，接受出差；
4. 目标导向，良好的自我驱动能力，学习能力强，良好团队协作能力和沟通能力。
1. Proficient in electrical scheme design, mainstream PLC system programming (Siemens, Keyence, Omron, Mitsubishi, etc.), skilled in the use of configuration software and industrial communication networks, as well as mainstream robot brand applications, proficient in various programming languages (ladder, ST, SFC, etc.);
2. Familiar with electrical control theory, understand mechanical transmission, hydraulic, pneumatic related knowledge;
3. Work carefully and seriously, strong sense of responsibility, smart thinking, and accept business trips;
4. Goal-oriented, good self-driving ability, strong learning ability, good teamwork and communication skills.
教育/经验：
Education/Experience:
1. **大专及以上，电气工程、自动化相关专业；
2. 8年以上非标自动化设备电气设计经验，3年以上团队管理经验
3. 有半导体/汽车行业设备电气设计经验佳。
1. Bachelor degree or above, electrical engineering, automation related majors;
2. Above 8 years of non-standard automation equipment electrical design experience, above 3 years of team management experience
3. Semiconductor/automotive industry equipment electrical design experience is preferred.
