Responsibility

1. Based on personal preferences and expertise, new employees will be distributed to specific positions including system engineer, embedded software engineer, algorithm engineer, electronic hardware engineer, and project manager.
2. All work is closely focused on advanced R&D of automotive electronic product (electronic control, vehicle networking, and intelligent driving). Most projects are designed to serve Japanese market and customers.
3. Promote the implementation of innovative projects from concept development to detailed design, within her/his area of expertise.
4. Contribute to flawless new technology deployment from prototype to product, including know-how.
5. Assist in interpreting and compiling Japanese document, and facilitate on-site Japanese communication.
6. Office base: Shenzhen. Frequency of business travel: Guangzhou 1 week per month, Beijing/Tianjin 1 week per season, Japan 2 weeks per year.

岗位职责
1. 入职后根据个人意愿和专业背景，分配到系统、嵌入式软件、算法、电子硬件、项目管理这几个职位。
2. 负责汽车电子产品（电控、车联网、智能驾驶等各类ECU）的研发，主要是日本项目。
3. 在其专业领域内，从概念开发到详细设计，促进创新项目的研发落地。
4. 促进新产品/技术从原型预研到产品化的部署，包括专有技术。
5. 协助日语资料的解读和编制，现场日语交流。
6. 工作地点深圳。出差频率：广州，平均每个月1周；北京/天津，平均每季度1周；日本，平均每年2周。

Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree + 3 year experience, or postgraduate + 1 year experience, major in science or engineering including electronic and electrical engineering, vehicle engineering, electronic information, automation, computer science, etc.
2. Japanese as a working language.
3. Work or research experience in one of the following areas: systems, software (embedded, application software, algorithms), electronic hardware, project management.
4. Background in automotive industry is preferred.
5. Positive attitude and competent computer skills.

任职资质
1. 本科3年及以上工作经验，研究生1年及以上工作经验，电子电气、车辆工程、电子信息、自动化、计算机等理工科专业；
2. 能用日语作为工作语言，包含听说读写；
3. 有下列方向之一的工作或科研经验：系统、软件（嵌入式、应用软件、算法）、电子硬件、项目管理；
4. 汽车行业背景优先；
5. 积极的态度，胜任的计算机技能。
