Position: Project Manager (English)
Report to: Technical section leader/Technical director
Responsibility:
1.Take part in feasibility study and technical review of new RFQ, and provide technical support to sales team for approaching new project.
2.Responsible for organizing project team, supervising cross-functional team members to finish assign duties, and guarantee to achieve the development schedule, quality goal and cost target.
Leading development schedule management and production trial run of new project.
Taking part in the revieing meeting of outsourced suppliers and providing technical support.
Taking charge of planning the transfer, acceptance, usage of equipment, tooling and fixture of new project.
Organizing regular meetings for reviewing project phases and production trial run schedule, communicating with cross-functional team members, reporting high-risk items, studying relevant proposals, and ensuring implementation of the plan.
Leading in sorting out and following up the issue list during the project implementation, coordinating cross-functional team members to finish it within the specified time, and ensuring the project implementation according to the milestones
Coordinating plant resources to ensure the smooth series production after handing over the new projects.
3.Taking charge of the interaction and report with customers and leading customer complaint during project development.
4.Monitoring the preparation, collection and archiving of APQP documents according to customer system.
5.Other things assigned by leader.
Requirements:
1.30 to 40 years old, college degree or above (priority to “Mechanical engineering”, “Mold design and manufacturing” and etc.)
2.CET-4 or equivalent level, PMP certification if preferred.
3.Fluent English in listen, spoken and written, especial in oral expression, ability to use English as working language.
4.5+ working experience in project management in automotive components industry, familiar to the development procedure of precision injection in plastic.
5.Familiar to OEM development process, supplier manual and customer special requirements.
6.Familiar to APQP, PPAP, FMEA and etc.
7.Excellence in excel, word, CAD, CATIA, UG software.
8.Strong communication and expression skills, excellent team work, self-motivated, high sense of responsibility, strong ability to handle correspondences independently.
