AQE工程师 外企双休 13k-15k

1.参与新产品质量策划，主导D/PFMEA、控制计划、检验规范/SPC/MSA等质量文件的编制；
Participate in the planning of new product quality and lead the preparation of quality documents such as D/PFMEA, control plans, inspection specifications/SPC/MSA;
2.参与新产品量具的策划并验证；
Participate in the planning and validation of new product gauges;
3.参与新产品实验设施的策划；
Participate in the planning of new product experimental facilities;
4.负责新产品检验/实验标准工作的实施对应；
Be Responsible for the implementation of new product testing/experimental standards;
5.负责产品检验相关的指导书编制及作业人员的培训；
Be Responsible for the preparation of product inspection instructions and the training of operators;
6.负责量产品项目的质量标准维护、作业及作业人员的培训；
Be Responsible for the maintenance of quality standards, operations, and training of operators for volume product projects;
7.生产现场质量和客户质量投诉时的对应处理；主导问题解决跨功能小组运用8D过程：
Correspond to handle in case of production site quality and customer quality complaints; Leading multi function team into problem solving by using 8D method.
8.（内/外部）退货品质量确认及协助处理；
Confirm the (internal/external) quality of returned goods and assist in handling;
9.产线品质改善及合理化改善的提议及推进和效果确认；
Improve the quality of production line, propose and promote rational improvement, and confirm the effect;
10.参与变更管理，确保变更被有效地计划和实施，得到充分验证，并被正确记录；
Participate change management, ensure change was planned and implemented efficiently, the validation is robust and change is recorded correctly;
11.上级主管安排的其他工作。

岗位要求：
1.具备扎实的质量控制知识，熟悉质量流程和标准，能够快速准确地进行产品质量检验和控制。
2.丰富的结构电子知识积累，较强的逻辑能力，能够发现产品质量问题并提出解决方案。
3.具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够与不同部门的工作人员进行有效的沟通和协作，保证质量目标的实现。
4.***大专以上学历，英语读写OK。
