Position: Data Governance Officer
Report to: Financial and Regulatory Reporting Section Chief

Job Summary:
To be responsible for the organization, coordination and cross-division management of bank-wide data governance work.

Responsibilities:
- To build and implement bank-wide data governance system
- To drive data governance work, and determine the data governance process and system construction plan
- To ensure that data governance strategies are aligned with business objectives and are regularly assessed and updated
- To coach and coordinate other business units to build and enhance the data management process
- To monitor and evaluate data quality, identify and resolve data issues
- To support supervisor for other projects /assignments

Job Specifications:
Technical Knowledge
- In-depth understanding of data governance guidance, familiar with data quality management, data standardization, data lifecycle management and other related knowledge
- Relevant bachelor degree in Computer science, Information Technology, Accounting, or data management
- Good technical knowledge in regulatory reporting requirements

- Good skill in access software or SQL or Database area is a plus

Experiences
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the financial institutions
- Experience in data warehouse, data mart, and data management and control platform project design and implementation is preferred
- EAST and "Yibiaotong" data governance experience in banking sector will be an advantage
