Area of Responsibilities:
61 Lead change management by leveraging SAP Signavio insights and data-driven transparency
61 Drive digital transformation using SAP ERP and SAP Signavio (process mining, workflow automation) and tools like Jira/Confluence
61 Proactively identify process inefficiencies (via SAP Signavio analysis) and improvement opportunities.
61 Challenges improvement solutions (sparring partner)
61 Subject matter expert for at least 1 business area in SAP ERP, support troubleshooting, training, and best practices.
61 Map cross-functional processes (E2E) to eliminate silos and align SAP workflows with business goals.
61 Fills gaps by job rotation with hands-on SAP ERP and Signavio experience

Education: University degree (any field)
Experience:
61 2+ years of process optimization in SAP environments
61 Practical experience with SAP Signavio (Process Manager, Collaboration Hub) preferred
61 Familiarity with agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is a plus
Travel: Less than 30%
Language: Business fluent in English and Chinese
