【Job Overview】
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the planning and implementation of our Purchase Order Management System (POM) - related products. You will deeply understand upstream and downstream supply chain collaboration logic, drive end-to-end digital system development, and empower customers to efficiently execute order collaboration, logistics visualization, and customs clearance preparation.
【Key Responsibilities】
1. Own product design, planning, and version management for the POM system.
2. Gain in-depth insights into customer workflows, especially Milestone templates and Vendor collaboration processes.
3. Lead functional requirement research, PRD drafting, prototyping, and cross-departmental coordination for implementation.
4. Collaborate closely with development, QA, UI, and data teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.
5. Manage the product lifecycle, continuously optimizing user experience and system stability.
6. Support sales teams in customer solution demos, technical clarifications, and pre-sales activities.
7. Consolidate user feedback from Vendor/DCM/Origin modules and propose product enhancement strategies.

【Mandatory Qualifications】
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, Information Systems, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or related fields.
2. 3+ years of product experience in B2B SaaS, ERP, or supply chain management systems.
3. Proficient in core POM workflows (e.g., PO allocation, Milestone control, Booking management, Packing List generation).
4. Experience serving or interfacing with major clients (e.g., SEKO, Flex, Walmart, Amazon Vendor Central).
5. Skilled in prototyping and workflow design using Axure, Sketch, Figma, ProcessOn, or Visio.
6. Strong bilingual (English/Chinese) communication skills for overseas project alignment and requirement analysis.
【Preferred Qualifications】
1. Knowledge of POM platform architecture (e.g., DCM/Origin/Vendor Portal modules).
2. Experience in warehousing, customs systems, or order visualization platforms.
3. Familiarity with Jira/Confluence/Trello for project management or requirement documentation.
4. Background in international logistics systems (TMS/WMS) is a plus.
