Location: Based in China with regular communication and coordination with Vietnam and Thailand

Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Southeast Asia Project Manager to lead and support our expansion and production coordination efforts in Vietnam and Thailand. This role will serve as a key liaison between our China office and Southeast Asia operations, ensuring smooth business execution and cross-border collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Selection & Business Plan
o Definition of products which we bring to Vietnam and complete Business Plan accordingly.
o Selection of Suppliers and corresponding products
o Definition of Purchase Way
o Making a complete business plan in coordination with relevant stakeholders for Vietnam and Thailand
2. Support for Vietnam General Manager (GM)
o Assist the Vietnam GM during onboarding and familiarize them with internal processes and operations across Vietnam business units.
3. Cross-Border Production Coordination
o Organize and coordinate business collaborations between Chinese suppliers with local Vietnamese teams.
o Establish and optimize production workflows and delivery processes.
o Ensure the successful dispatch of the *** shipment from Vietnam by the end of the year.
4. Project Documentation & Updates
o Maintain and regularly update detailed project documentation on Confluence, including timelines, stakeholders, and progress reports.
5. China-Vietnam Communication Bridge
o Act as the primary communication bridge between the China office and the Vietnam branch.
o Provide support and insight into Vietnam's local legal, tax, and regulatory matters by liaising with appropriate local consultants and teams.
6. Other Responsibilities
o Handle additional projects and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Managing Director outside the Vietnam project scope.
Qualifications
61 Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related fields.
61 Strong project management and cross-cultural communication skills.
61 Proficiency in German, English and Chinese (Vietnamese or Thai is a plus).
61 Familiarity with Southeast Asia manufacturing and supply chain landscape is a plus.
61 Experience working with collaboration platforms such as Confluence or similar tools is a plus.
