* Review new programs, special requirements and production capabilities
* Conduct meetings, work with other teams for new product / process development
* Evaluate vendor capabilities, negotiate cost for sample and manufacturing support
*Lead supplier development / quality improvement for new products
*Work closely with other departments / vendors on manufacturing capability, capacity, quality assurance, new processes
*Liaise with customer on manufacturing capabilities, processes, specifications, prepare DFM
* Ensure samples, customer trial build delivery are on schedule
*Prepare production quantity for proto and evaluation builds until mass production
* Prepare manufacturing cost estimates of new products, capital investments, resources and other requirements to make the program successful

职位要求：
* Bachelor Degree or above.
* 5 year of Program management and experience in mechanical and precision components with good track record. Major in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
* Knowledge and background in Electronics or Automotive industry and precision machining will be an added advantage
* Good communication in English in both written and oral.
