About the role & What you'll do

As a Novion Marketing Supervisor for the Chinese Marketing team, you will be responsible for supervising the development of high-quality marketing materials needed to support futures marketing requests in China.

The ideal candidate has been in the field of marketing futures in China for years and is considered a member of the Chinese futures circle. Besides that, he has sufficiently strong leadership capabilities and is natural problem solver adept at diagnosing challenges and ideating on and implementing solutions.

What you’ll need

1. A diploma in an occupational college or higher, with at least 3 years of oil-futures-related experience in the past 5 years, or with at least 5 years of futures(including oil futures)-related experience in the past 10 years.

2. Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and balance problems.

3. Leadership skills to empower team impact on quality, effeiciency, and effectiveness of the job field and department.

4. Adequate experience in the field of futures.
