What will you do?
1、Contribute to the product strategy for our platform services, including *****ization, to ensure a seamless and culturally relevant user experience across all markets.
2、Support efforts to drive user acquisition and engagement by optimizing the Klook App for global audiences, considering cultural nuances and linguistic preferences.
3、Work closely with cross-vertical product teams to ensure that vertical product flows are optimally integrated to fit global customer expectations, with a focus on *****ization requirements.
4、Monitor product metrics related to platform services and *****ization, identify opportunities, and propose optimizations to improve global user experience.
5、Participate in monthly and quarterly business reviews to share performances and roadmap, highlighting progress in *****ization efforts.
What is expected?
1、Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2、3-5 years of experience in product management, with a track record of contributing to successful products, ideally with some exposure to *****ization or internationalization.
3、Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, particularly in a global context.
4、Proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments and manage stakeholder relationships, including working with translation and *****ization teams.
5、Good communication and presentation skills to convey concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
6、Business level or above fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is preferred; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
7、Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools.
8、Passion for travel and a deep empathy for our customers around the world, understanding the importance of *****ized experiences.
