1. Experienced in connector cable assembly design, responsible for projects from connector cable assembly design to mass production, including configuration, detailed design, tolerance analysis, FMEA review, prototype, pilot run, product validation.具有连接器电缆组件设计经验，负责从连接器电缆组件设计到量产的项目，包括配置，详细设计，公差分析，FMEA审查，原型，试运行，产品验证。
2.Visit customers with sales to understand actual applications, work with customers to specify product spec, provide professional advices and come up with appropriate proposals to fit the applications.与销售一起拜访客户，了解实际应用，与客户一起制定产品规格，提供专业建议，并提出适合应用的建议。
3.Handle engineering documents including drawing, FA, test report, product specification. Troubleshoot problems occur in production; get involved in problem analysis and quality improvement.处理工程文件，包括图纸，FA，测试报告，产品规格书。排除生产中出现的问题；参与问题分析和质量改进。
4. Manage multi projects efficiently, keep eyes on every detail and push projects to move on. Timely report project status to the management and team.有效管理多个项目，关注每一个细节，推动项目向前发展。及时向管理层和团队报告项目状态。
