As Product Manager Marine Industrial Air - Wuxi you are responsible for the overall result of the assigned products and/or segments, and you are the Atlas Copco expert in the Marine for Industrial Air applications. As such you will work in the challenging directions of Product development of required dedicated marine products, like working air & start air compressors with a focus of manufacturing close to the market.
You will also play an important role and overlook the European development of dedicated Marine Products from other production locations.
As global security priorities drive increased investments in naval technology, you help us expand our presence in this specialized sector. By leveraging your market insights and process development skills, you will develop tailored strategies that align with evolving naval requirements, enabling us to capture greater market share and deliver innovative solutions to meet the demands of this growing market.

61 Grow our market share: have the right sales tools and marketing material, get in regular touch with the people in the front line, be involved in all big projects

61 Translate specific market demands into tangible product offers by supporting the engineering teams in reading specifications and class rules and if required define deviations and discuss them with the relevant stakeholders.

61 Support Retrofit business: push everyone to go for replacement of – for example- existing competitors start and working air compressors and transform them by creating success stories out of the opportunities.

61 Take actions together with the local or regional BLM’s where needed.

61 Mandarin mother tongue and good knowledge of English both oral and writing.
