As Electrical engineer, you design new products and deliver projects on time in full. Also, you will do follow-up for products. You will play an active role in designing the future generation of desiccant dryer, filter and other air treatment equipment.

2. Help to achieve the company’s mission of cost leadership through a cost-conscious lean design and innovation for cost leading solutions
3. Work closely with Marketing, Sourcing, Production, Quality, and Aftermarket in order to deliver the projects on time in full.
4. Set up a time frame taking the available resources and priorities into consideration. Coordinate tasks to respect to the set planning.
5. Write functional specifications and define test program based on risk assessment
6. Closely get involved with prototype assembly and prototype tests in the lab
7. Play an active role in supplier visits and technical meetings with suppliers together with the Sourcing engineers in order to have components with the right quality at market-leading cost.
8. Work closely with other department to achieve cost, quality and productivity improvement on products’ design, process, logistic and so on.
9. Visit customers to get a better customer understanding and follow-up endurance tests or quality issues.
10. Work according to a lesson learned approach and believe there is always a better way.
Competence and qualification:
1. Minimum 3 years Electrical design and development experience in engineering, preferable in air treatment/separation
2. University degree or above, major in electric / electronics / mechatronics engineering and/or equivalent in a relevant discipline
3. Good command of English and Mandarin (both oral and written)
4. Good CAD skills, as well as software skills (Excel, power point, Word, VISIO)
5. A practical understanding of basic general engineering principles
6. Ability to programming and debugging Siemens PLC smart/TIA Portal; C is a plus
7. Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems following a methodical approach
8. Ability to read and understand electrical wiring schematics and electronic circuit diagrams.
9. Familiarity with using test & measurement equipment
10. (Preferred) Experience in safety certification like UL, CE
11. (Preferred) Test engineering for EMC/Safety compliance
12. System verification test for electrical area
13. Experience in project management is a plus.
