We are seeking a highly motivated and well-connected Senior Manager of New Business Development to drive growth in the high-speed digital PCB materials segment. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong personal network in the electronics and PCB industry across Asia, and a proven track record of identifying and cultivating new business opportunities.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in expanding our portfolio of materials for high-speed digital applications, growing revenue and influencing strategic footprint decisions, leveraging deep market knowledge and customer relationships to accelerate adoption of these materials.

61 Identify and develop new business opportunities in high-speed digital PCB materials globally.
61 Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, OEMs, and PCB fabricators.
61 Collaborate with strategic marketing, product management, operations, and R&D to align customer needs with product performance.
61 Lead strategic initiatives to strengthen our supply position in emerging applications.
61 Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and customer segmentation to inform strategy.
61 Represent the company at trade shows, technical conferences, and customer meetings.
61 Provide voice-of-customer insights to guide product development and innovation.
61 Support pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for new products.
QUALIFICATIONS: Using up to 5 bullets, identify the minimum education and experience required to bring someone new into the job, excluding preferred education or qualifications.
61 Education: BS degree or above, majored in Engineering, Materials Science, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
61 Years of Experience: Minimum 10 years in business development, sales, or strategic marketing in the PCB or electronics industry.
61 Strong understanding of high-frequency and high-speed PCB applications and market dynamics.
61 Established personal network within the PCB ecosystem in *** and/or Mainland China.
61 Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
61 Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
61 Willingness to travel frequently within Asia and globally as needed.
