职位描述：
1) Design control systems and components from concept to series solution
为从概念到量产方案设计控制系统及其零备件
2) Design sophisticated electrical engineering solutions
设计负责的电气工程方案
3) Asses failure modes in concept phase and mitigate during the design process by using sophisticated engineer
在概念层面评估失效模型，并且在设计过程中运用复杂的工程知识减少失效。
4) All designs follow strictly international (e.g. ISO, UL, FCC) and national standards (e.g. CCC) and regulations
所有的设计严格遵照国际（例如ISO，UL，FCC）或者国家标准和规定（例如CCC）。
5) Work within the RD-team on new machine or function generation projects
与研发内部合作，负责新一代设备和功能项目开发。
6) Achieve cost, function and quality targets of these projects
达成这些项目的成本、功能和质量目标。
7) Create new ideas and patents, that improve machine functions
创造新的想法和专利,提高机器的功能
8) Follow all R&D processes strictly (e.g. RFM, MCR, technical release process, evaluation request)
严格执行所有的研发流程（例如RFM，MCR，技术释放流程，评估要求等）
9) Cooperate well and communicate frequently and clear with all colleagues (internal & all external departments)
与所有内外部员工顺利合作并且频繁地清晰地沟通
10) Support all other team members to reach the cost and project targets

11) Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor

岗位要求：
1）本科以上学历； Bachelor or above
电气自动化相关专业 Majored in Electrical Automation or related field
2）至少5年相关工作经验或背景
At least 5 years working experience or related background
3）能够熟练运用电气软件；良好的沟通能力；良好的英语表达能力
Can use electrical software ; Good communications skills; Good English Level
4）勤奋、开朗、积极主动
