工作职责:
1. Take care of all electric works on components, schematic, harnesses. Make sure Group Electric Best Practices are followed in the factory without any deviations. 负责所有组件、电路图和线束的电气工作。确保工厂遵循集团电气***实践，无任何偏差。
2. Produce new product electric system design, standardizing group electric design & select new components. 设计新产品电气系统，标准化集团电气设计，并选择新组件。
3. Produce product documentation required for component purchasing, unit manufacturing, and user manuals. 编制组件采购、制造和用户手册所需的产品文档。
4. Develop and monitor test procedures consistent with design criteria. 制定并监控符合设计标准的测试程序。
5. Direct and coordinate manufacturing or building of prototype products. 指导并协调原型产品的制造或构建。
6. Support and answer technical inquiries from sales, service, and quality assurance departments. 支持并解答来自销售、服务和质量保证部门的技术咨询。
7. Maintain prompt, thorough and positive action on all investigations of report defectiveness. 对所有关于报告缺陷的调查采取迅速、彻底和积极的行动。
8. Review and approve Engineering Change Requests (EAP). Perform data entry and release functions within LN system. 审查和批准工程变更请求（EAP）。在LN系统中执行数据输入和发布功能。
9. ISO 9001: establish standards and procedures for the pursuit of ISO 9001 遵循ISO 9001标准建立标准和程序。
10. Maintain currency with respect to technical skills by attending training classes, special technical and administration courses, seminars, exhibits and trade shows as needed. 通过参加培训课程、特殊技术和行政管理课程、研讨会、展览会和贸易展览会等，保持技术技能的更新。
11. Plan and schedule all activities required to accomplish assigned task/project. 规划和安排为完成分配的任务/项目所需的所有活动。

任职资格:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in automation, electromechanical, vehicle electrical engineering or related majors 本科及以上学历，自动化、机电、车辆电气工程专业或相关专业
2. Automotive or construction machinery design experience is preferred 有汽车或工程机械设计经验者优先
3. Experiences in ERP system, proficient in Microsoft Office software, SolidWorks and PLC design 有ERP系统使用经验，熟练掌握Microsoft Office软件、SolidWorks和PLC设计
4. Have strong logical thinking analysis and good written and spoken English skills 逻辑思维分析能力强，良好的英语听说读写能力
5. Good interpersonal skills, teamwork spirit and organizational skills, rigorous, proactive work attitude 良好的人际交往能力、团队合作精神和组织能力，严谨、积极的工作态度。
