职位描述:
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the development and maintenance of programs that involved in the activities and phases of product concepts, definition, design, development and release to series production, etc.
2. Develops, maintains and executes project schedules, specifications and budgets.
3. Facilitates the project team members on development activities.
4. Plans and allocate human and financial/capital resources to ensure successful development projects.
5. Overall responsible for the realization of project objectives via all project management tasks, being the direct or indirect task owners for these tasks assigned to R&D DG, including new generations of products and derivative products from the existing ones, this includes but is not limited to 1.) Organizes and manages effective meetings & communications. 2.) Develops and maintains project schedules. 3.) Organize and documents design review meetings and decisions.
6. Complies, archives and distributes project reports, test results, decision making memos and other project related doc.
7. Organizes and actively participates in design reviews, task force meetings and project gate reviews.
8. Facilitates the project management activities are compliant to IMNU process, supports the team members to apply quality tools/systems during the development phases.
9. Develop team spirit via team building activities and other effective methods
10. Develops and fosters good connection / relationships with counterparties with the Miele Group (internal customers), technical experts, dealers, marketing representatives, suppliers and regulatory agencies.
11. Necessary international and domestic travels to support the execution of project management.
12. Conducts project lesson learnt meetings and archive the results in the specific folder.
13. Sharing with the PMs/team for best practice of project management and trains/coaches the new PMs when necessary
14. Other duties as assigned by director
Qualifications:
1. Minimum 3 years’ project management experience
2. Project management training received and PMI certificate (or equivalent) holder
3. 2 years + experience with product development or engineering, experience with home appliances is a plus.
4. Deep understanding about product development processes, include requirement definition, technical concept/solution development, budget planning, DFM, DFMEA, user experience, ID design, approbations, etc.
5. Knowledge and skills of MS word, MS Excel, Power Point, MS Project, etc.
6. Good presentation skills to tailor content according to different audience
7. Good English communication skills
8. Good soft skills to influence, convince and motivate people, resolve conflicts.
