As a Test Engineer, it will be your mission to leading test and analysis of Generators, light tower, ESS etc... developed with the project teams in Atlas Copco Wuxi. Projects will include new design and development for global markets, *****izations of existing products (from other Atlas Copco product companies) and cost reduction. You are responsible for providing efficiency test solution for all compressor related projects and share the knowledge within the team.

Job description included but not limited
岗位职责包括但不限于：

1. You will support to the tests of prototype machines, components, and systems with lab. Technicians.
协助实验室技术人员对样机、零部件和系统进行测试。

2. Coaching of lab technicians for specific tasks.
针对特定任务指导实验室技术人员。

3. Contribute actively to the practical management of the engineering laboratory, including 6S of assembly areas and test cells and testing equipment maintenance..
积极参与工程实验室的实际管理工作，包括装配区域和测试单元的 6S 管理以及测试设备的维护。

4. Realize “*** time right” by proactive testing, i.e. testing with the aim to find solutions for serious problems and troubleshooting for production machine or field machine.
通过主动测试实现 “一次性通过率”，即通过测试找出严重问题的解决方案，并对生产机器或现场机器进行故障排除。

5. Strong interaction with Wuxi PPF team, to provide test solution in to qualify new technology.
与移动动力与流体团队密切协作，为验证新技术提供测试方案。

6. Strong support to project team and new project development.
强力支持项目组以及新品的研发工作

7. Supporting Lab. 6S management and EG stock management.
协助实验室的 6S 管理和工程货物（EG）库存管理。

8. Follow up the project proceed to do overtime work.
根据项目进度加班完成任务。


Experience Requirements经验要求

Minimum 3 years working experience in Battery test/ Engine test/ light tower/Electrical engineering design/test background is required.
至少有3年电池或者发动机或者灯塔或者电气工程设计测试背景的工作经验。

Knowledge / Educational requirements知识/学历要求

1. Full-Time bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or electronic information engineering...etc related majors
拥有电气工程及自动化或电子信息工程等相关专业***本科以上学历

2. Familiar with DEEPSEA or DEIF Controller is preferred.
熟悉深海或者丹控控制器者优先。

3. Master at least one of the controllers, such as PLC or DSP, and at least familiar with one of the programming languages like ST, C, C# or Java. Have an good understanding of Modbus, Can, Harting and Profibus…etc protocols.
熟悉PLC/DSP其中的一种控制器，至少熟悉ST/C/C#/Java任意一种高级汇编语言即可，了解Modbus/Can/Harting/profibus等通讯的使用方法即可。

4. Knowledge of test field and data acquisition analysis ability will be welcomed. For example, voltage/current/power/temperature/engine rotation speed/pressure and other parameter measurement. Noise and vibration experience is an asset.
具备测试领域的知识和数据采集分析能力者优先。例如，能够进行电压 / 电流 /功率/ 温度 / 发动机转速 / 压力等参数的测量。有噪音和振动测试经验者更佳。

5. Mandarin mother tongue and good knowledge of English both oral and writing.
母语为普通话，具备良好的英语听说读写能力。

6. Knowledge of MS Office.
熟悉办公软件。
