The IT Administrator’s mission is to ensure the company’s technology infrastructure is secure, reliable, and efficient, enabling employees to work productively and the business to operate without disruption. This role safeguards data, supports end-users, manages vendors, and aligns IT systems with business goals, while planning for scalability and future growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. 系统与网络管理
a)安装、配置并维护服务器、台式机、笔记本电脑、移动设备及其他硬件设备。
b)跟踪和管理 IT 资产,包括硬件库存、保修情况及生命周期规划。
c)监控网络性能,排查连接问题,确保网络正常运行时间。

1. System and Network Management
a)Set up, configure, and maintain servers, desktops, laptops, mobile devices and other hardware
b)Track and manage IT assets, including hardware inventory, warranties, and lifecycle planning.
c)Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure uptime.
d)Manage firewalls, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi access points.
e)Oversee user accounts, permissions, and access controls.

2. Security and Data Protection
a)Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures (antivirus, firewalls, patch management).
b)Monitor for security threats, perform routine vulnerability assessments and respond to incidents.
c)Maintain and test data backup and disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity
d)Conduct regular security drills and simulations to ensure staff readiness and system resilience.
e)Train staff on safe IT practices (e.g., phishing awareness).

6. Documentation and Policies
a)Maintain IT documentation (network diagrams, passwords, system configurations).
b)Develop IT policies (acceptable use, security, backup policies).
c)Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, etc., if applicable).
7. 供应商管理

b)谈判合同、定价及服务级别协议(SLA)。

7. Vendor Management
a)Research, evaluate, and select IT vendors (hardware, software, internet providers, cloud services).
b)Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs).
c)Manage ongoing relationships with vendors and service providers.
d)Ensure vendors deliver on commitments and provide timely support.
e)Track renewals, warranties, and maintenance agreements.
8. 终端用户支持与培训

a)Act as the *** point of contact for IT support.

任职要求:
教育背景:信息技术或计算机科学学士学位
EDUCATION BACKGROUND:Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
专业知识:
a)网络与基础设施(局域网/广域网,路由器,交换机,VPN,无线网络)
b)微软系统管理工具,Microsoft 365 套件
c)网络安全,访问控制,NAS 存储
PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE:
a)Networking & Infrastructure (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, VPNs, Wi-Fi networks), RAID, NAS
b)Preferred: Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
c)Preferred: ITIL, security +, Network+
相关经验与年限:
a)拥有 3–5 年系统管理、网络或 IT 支持方面的实践经验。
b)具备在 Microsoft 365 环境中担任管理员及提供支持的实际经验。
c)具备 IT 供应商和服务提供商管理的经验。
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE & FIXED NUMBER OF YEARS:
a)3–5 years of practical experience in system administration, networking, or IT support.
b)Proven experience in Microsoft 365 environment as administrator and support IT vendors and services providers management
