SOFTWARE ENGINEER(软件工程师)

Job Description:
1. Assist in application development, implementation and maintenance.
协助应用程序的开发, 实施和维护。
2. To discuss & understand business objectives and requirements.
收集, 了解用户的业务需求。
3. Fulfil the programming task assigned by senior MIS staffs.
完成资深MIS员工指定的程序开发任务。
4. Carry out and perform the tasks established in the IT strategies and plans.
执行IT部门部署的和计划中的任务。
5. Conduct IT training for employees.
对员工进行IT方面的培训。

Experience:
1. Ideally with >= 1 years ERP system development/implementation.
具有一年以上ERP系统的开发,实施,维护工作经验。
2. Fresh graduated candidate will also be consider.
优秀应届毕业生也可以考虑。

Requirements:
1. Degree in Computer Science.
计算机专业，本科及以上学历。
2. Able to work under pressure and result orientated.
能够承受并适应一定的工作压力。
3. Faster learner, strong problem solving and good analysis skill.
良好的学习能力, 较强的分析问题, 解决问题的能力。
4. Working experience in ERP development/implementation and Working knowledge of Powerbuilder/SQL Server and mobile app development is an added advantage.
有一定的ERP系统开发、实施相关工作经验。 能熟练使用Powerbuilder/SQL Server和移动程序开发的, 优先考虑。
5. Highly Motivated and able to work long hours, weekend and public holiday.
较高的工作积极性, 责任心强, 能适应加班。
6. Good interpersonal relationship and able to communicate effectively.
良好的沟通协作能力, 有团队合作精神。
