Primary Responsibilities
1. Business & Data Analysis

● Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
● Develop reports and dashboards to communicate findings and support decision-making
● Prepare in-depth analysis to know business changing root cause and improvement tracking
● Quickly understand business processes, build various applicable models based on data, and identify business issues and opportunities through data analysis
● Drive consumable business efficiency through data mining
● Price & Margin analysis to help improve portfolio and vertical profitability
2. Reporting & Visualization

● Produce reports, dashboards and presentations, communicating key findings to stakeholders
● Use reporting tools to visualize data and support cross-functional communication
3. Process Optimization

● Study current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements or automation opportunities
● Create process maps, workflow diagrams, and documentation to visualize as-is and to-be states
● Optimize cross-functional processes through business analysis, continuously supporting sales excellence
4. Sales Support & Customer Value

● Support sales efficiency and productivity improvement
● Conduct customer-based value analysis to enhance commercial impact
5. Project Participation & Team Engagement

● Participate in project planning, development, testing, implementation, and post-launch support
● Act as a liaison between Product and BD, technical teams throughout the project lifecycle
● Partner with business units to support growth; track and participate in the incubation of selected projects

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

● Bachelor degree in Finance, Marketing Analytics, Business Administration
● Minimum 3-5 years of experience in similar position in MNC, best 2-3 years’ experience in analysis functions
● Proficient user of MS Office (especially for Excel, Access, Power Point), advanced user of Power BI or Tableau
● Strong interpersonal communication skills and problem-solving skills
● Efficient working under pressure
● Continuously learning and developing new skills and knowledge in the field of business analysis
● Familiar with process automation tools and AI applications are plus
● Fluent in written and oral English.
