Data Analyst 10k-20k

About the Role:
As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting data-driven decision-making and improving business processes and business intelligence. You will work primarily with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to analyze data, automate reporting, and provide actionable insights that enhance organizational performance.
This role reports to the Sr. Data Scientist within the Global Sales organization.
Location & Schedule:
61 Expected presence in Shenzhen office: 2 days per week
61 Flexibility to accommodate late evening calls with global time zones (1-2 per week)

Key Responsibilities:
61 Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to deliver real-time insights for Global Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Product Teams.
61 Support the development and communication of Power BI training materials to drive global adoption
61 Coordinate intake, scoping, and prioritization of ad-hoc reporting requests to ensure timely and accurate delivery
61 Perform advanced customer segmentation and cleansing to identify growth opportunities and unlock new business intelligence
61 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and enhance process automation.

Requirements:
61 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
61 2+ years prior work experience in Sales Operations, Data Science, Analytics, or related functions
61 Strong proficiency in Excel
61 Experience with reporting tools (Power BI or Tableau) and CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics)
61 Experience with Microsoft 365, particularly SharePoint.
61 Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
61 Analytical, detail-oriented, and a proactive self-starter.
61 Ability to work flexible hours, supporting organizations across the globe
61 Fluent in English

Preferred Experience:
61 Prior work experience in the Semiconductor, Electronic Components, or Electronics Distribution industry
61 Experience using process flow mapping tools (e.g., Visio).
61 Experience with process automation tools (e.g., Power Automate or n8n)
61 Experience utilizing AI tools in a professional setting
