Job Summary 职位概要
We are looking for an experienced Product Development Project Manager with a deep background in the development of complex electronic hardware products. This is a unique opportunity to focus squarely on the hardware challenge. You will leverage our existing, mature software system and lead the cross-functional team to design, develop, and manufacture the physical console—the robust and intuitive vessel for our technology. Your mission is to ensure the hardware perfectly complements the software, delivering a seamless, high-performance, and reliable user experience.

Key Responsibilities 主要职责
61 Technical Leadership & Architecture: Drive the definition of the product’s overall hardware architecture, including processor selection, power management, thermal design, connectivity, and mechanical integration. Collaborate closely with the software team to define hardware-software interfaces and ensure optimal system performance.

61 End-to-End Project Management: Create and manage integrated project plans that encompass hardware, firmware, software, mechanical, and supply chain activities. Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and critical path with a focus on hardware development milestones (EVT, DVT, PVT).
端到端项目管理: 制定并管理涵盖硬件、固件、软件、机械和供应链活动的集成项目计划。管理时间表、预算、资源和关键路径，重点关注硬件开发里程碑（工程验证测试、设计验证测试、生产验证测试）。
61 Supply Chain & Manufacturing Coordination: Work closely with the supply chain and production teams to select and manage contract manufacturers (CMs). Oversee the New Product Introduction (NPI) process, ensuring a smooth transition from prototyping to mass production, including yield rate management and quality control.

61 Risk Management & Problem Solving: Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks, particularly those related to component sourcing, PCB design, EMC/EMI, reliability testing, and manufacturing. Lead root cause analysis and resolution for hardware-related issues.

61 Quality & Compliance: Ensure the final product meets all hardware quality, reliability, safety, and regulatory standards (e.g., CE, FCC, RoHS).

Qualifications & Experience 资格与经验
61 Essential 必需条件:
o Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
电气工程、机械工程或相关专业的学士或硕士学位。
o Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on leading the development of embedded systems or complex electronic hardware products.
至少5年以上项目管理经验，重点在于领导嵌入式系统或复杂电子硬件产品的开发。
o Deep understanding of hardware development processes, including schematic/PCB design, DFM/DFA, prototyping, testing (EMC, environmental, reliability), and NPI.
深入了解硬件开发流程，包括原理图/PCB设计、可制造性/可装配性设计、原型制作、测试（电磁兼容、环境、可靠性）和新产品导入。
o Proven experience in managing suppliers and contract manufacturers, bringing a product from design to mass production.

o Strong knowledge of hardware development tools and methodologies. Familiarity with lighting control protocols (DMX512-A, sACN/Art-Net) is a strong plus.

o Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin).

61 Desirable 优先条件:
o Direct experience in the lighting control console industry or professional audio-visual sector.

o PMP or similar project management certification.

薪酬范围 ｜ Monthly Salary Range: 30,000 - 40,000 RMB (税前/Before tax)
