调校工程师 15k-30k

职责描述：
1. Manily responsible for damper tunning during the ridework,and assistance customer or driving the car to evaluate the chassis ride and handling,and optimize the damper settings.
2. Daily technical support engineer lab with workshop and manufacture line activities
3. AM program valve tuning support
1. 主要负责车辆行驶过程中的减震器调整，协助客户或驾驶车辆评估底盘的平稳性和操控性，并优化减震器设置。
2. 为工程师实验室提供车间和生产线的日常技术支持
3. AM程序阀门调优支持


任职要求：
? Customer tuning support during the ridework ,finish the job on time and satisfy customer
? Facilities on the ride bus daily maintaing. Make sure all the facilities runing properly, and maintaining the tooling also
? New valve and new technologies support, including new valve introduce ,application,and the customer feedback tracking
? Organizing and supporting the tuning kits preparations, technically support other team during the tuning kits preparations and the damper building.
? AM dampers tuning support
? Other firefightings

?在试车过程中提供客户调优支持，按时完成工作，满足客户需求
?公交设施日常维护。 确保所有设备正常运行，并维护工装
新阀门和新技术支持，包括新阀门的引进、应用和客户反馈跟踪
组织和支持调试包的准备工作，在调试包的准备和阻尼器的搭建过程中为其他团队提供技术支持。

Education/ Certification 教育背景/证书：
? Colleage or higher education degree required on automitive or mechanical
? English level national 3 or higher
?
Work Experience 工作经验：
? Min 2 years working experience,Candidate expected to be equipped with good technical understanding， analytical abilities and experience


Specialized Skills/Knowledge 专业技能/知识：
? Could understand the mechanic drawings
? Language skills: English speaking and written. Additional language skills requirement based on customer group focus.
? Familiar how to use toolings,for example wrench, bench clamp,caliper and so on
? Familiar office software, familiar with basic system and documents, like BOM, valve tree and etc.
? Has experience with tooling and jigs design is a plus
