(1) Infrastructure Management Services - Retail
Job Summary
Provide comprehensive IT operational support for Retail store, covering daily maintenance, coordination, and implementation of IT infrastructure projects to ensure stable operations and efficient project deployment across all office and production sites in the Greater China Area.

Skills
- Be familiar with common IT systems and equipment in retail stores, such as POS systems, retail WiFi systems, printers, scanners, etc.
- Have a solid understanding of network knowledge, including TCP/IP protocols, network device configuration (such as routers, switches), network security, etc.
- Be familiar with the installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Windows operating systems and related software.
- Understand the principles and operations of database management systems, such as MySQL, SQL Server, etc.
- Master basic programming and scripting languages, such as Python, PowerShell, etc., for automating tasks and system management.
Certifications
Industry - recognized certifications such as CompTIA Network +, CompTIA Server +, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), or VMware Certified Professional (VCP) are highly recommended.

Skills
- Network Technology: Familiar with TCP/IP protocol, proficient in the configuration and management of mainstream firewalls, switches, routers and other network devices, capable of planning, designing, optimizing and troubleshooting networks to ensure stability and security.
- Server Management: Proficient in the installation, configuration, optimization and troubleshooting of mainstream server operating systems such as Windows and Linux, familiar with the hardware architecture and performance indicators of various common servers, capable of server selection, deployment and maintenance, as well as server cluster management.
- Storage Technology: Understand the principles and configuration methods of storage devices such as SAN and NAS, master the technologies and strategies of data backup, recovery and disaster tolerance, capable of designing reasonable storage architectures based on business needs to ensure data security and reliability.
- Virtualization Technology: Familiar with the principles and applications of virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V and OpenStack, capable of creating, managing, migrating and optimizing virtual machines to improve the utilization and flexibility of server resources.
