岗位职责：
1.向总裁办合规持续改进部报告。
Report to the responsible person of MD CA continuous improvement group.
2. 数据收集与管理 Data collection and management
2.1设计和实施有效的数据收集系统，确保从生产线的各个环节准确获取相关数据，包括但不限于设备运行参数、原材料使用、产品质量检测结果等。
Design and implement the effective data collection system to ensure accurate acquisition of relevant data from all aspects of the production line, including but not limited to equipment operating parameters, raw material usage, product quality test results, etc..
2.2 建立和维护数据仓库，确保数据的完整性、准确性和安全性。
Establish and maintain database to ensure data integrity, accuracy and security.
3.数据分析与报告 Data analysis and report
3.1 运用先进的统计分析方法和工具，对收集到的数据进行深入分析，以识别生产过程中的趋势、模式和异常。
Use advanced statistical analysis methods and tools to conduct deep analysis of the collected data to identify trends, patterns and abnormalities in the production process.
3.2 定期生成详细的数据报告，向管理层和相关部门展示生产绩效、质量状况、成本控制等关键指标的情况。
Regularly generate detailed data reports, and showcase the production performance, quality status, cost control and other key indicators to the management level and relevant departments.
3.3 通过数据挖掘和预测分析，为工厂的生产计划、资源分配和质量改进提供前瞻性的建议。
Provide prospective advice for production plan, resource deployment and quality improvement of the factory through data digging deep and predictive analysis.
4.质量控制与改进 Quality control and improvement
4.1协助质量部门制定质量控制计划，基于数据分析确定关键质量控制点和检测频率。
Assist the quality department to formulate quality control plan and determine key quality control points and test frequency based on data analysis.
4.2利用统计过程控制（SPC）技术监控生产过程，及时发现质量波动并提出改进措施。
Using statistical process control (SPC) technology to monitor the production process, detect quality fluctuations and put forward improvement measures timely.
4.3参与质量问题的调查和解决，通过数据分析追溯根源，提出预防措施以避免问题再次发生。
Participate in the investigation and resolution of quality problems, trace the root cause through data analysis, and propose preventive measures to avoid the recurrence of the problem.
任职要求：
1.2~3年工厂管理数据分析经验，熟悉FPC 工艺流程及制造优先。
2~3 years experience of data analysis in factory management, familiar with FPC process and manufacturing is preferred.
2.熟悉Minitab&JMP的分析工具使用及原理，需要熟练运用：DOE，SPC，数据分布，假设检定，MSA等工具。
Familiar with the application and principle of Minitab&JMP analysis tools, and proficient in DOE, SPC, data distribution, hypothesis test, MSA and other tools.
3.对数据逻辑比较敏感，可以从不同维度来看数据分布合理性。
Sensitive to data logic and can see the rationality of data distribution from different dimensions。
4.熟知质量管理工具如6 sigma, ISHIKAWA,8D，QRQC, QC 7tools等。
Familiar with Quality tools such as 6 sigma, ISHIKAWA,8D，QRQC, QC 7tools etc.
5.为人诚实、细心、认真、勤奋、敬业、有责任心。
Equip with honest, careful, earnest, diligent, dedicated, responsible personalities.
6.良好的英语听说读写能力。
Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
7.具有良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力。

8.泰语熟练者优先。
Proficiency in Thai is preferred.
