职位描述:
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
SAP system operation and support
1. Responsible for daily maintenance, user support, troubleshooting of SAP related modules (such as MM/PP/FICO),especially finance period/annual closure.
2. Quickly respond to and solve process and system problems encountered by business users in SAP usage, and provide root cause analysis and long-term solutions.
3. Monitor system performance, and ensure the stability and high availability of the SAP production environment via cooperating with global SAP team.
Business Process Optimization and Solution Design
1. Work closely with sales, supply chain, finance, and other business units to deeply analyze FMCG-specific business processes to identify optimization points.
2. Design and promote process optimization solutions in SAP systems based on business needs to improve business efficiency.
3. Write clear functional requirements specifications for development team to develop and implementation.
New Project and System Integration
1. Lead or core participation in the technical evaluation and implementation of SAP's integration with ***** third-party systems. This includes interface solution selection (e.g., API, IDoc, middleware, etc.), technical feasibility analysis, and risk assessment.
2. Responsible for interface testing, data mapping, online support, and follow-up O&M to ensure accurate and real-time data flow between different systems.
3. Participate in the company's digital transformation projects as an SAP-side expert, ensuring seamless integration of new projects with SAP systems.
SKILLS REQUIRED
SAP Skills:
1. Proficiency in configuration, master data management, and end-to-end processes for at least one module in SAP FICO or PP/MM.
2. Rich experience in SAP interface technology, familiar with IDoc, RFC, BAPI and other ways to connect with external systems.
3. Ability to independently perform system configuration and unit testing and user training.
Industry and Business Knowledge:
1. Gain a deep understanding of typical business processes in the FMCG or Manufacturing industry, such as IBP, SCM, Warehouse etc.
2. Strong analytical, systematic, and problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent communication and coordination skills: Able to act as a "translator" and "bridge" between business and technical teams, with good document writing skills.
4. Strong logical analysis and problem-solving skills: Ability to break down complex problems, conduct root cause analysis, and promote solution implementation.
5. Customer-oriented and service spirit: Proactive, with the goal of solving business pain points and creating value.
6. Full cycle experience in participating in global or ***** SAP project implementation (e.g. new system launch, old system upgrade).
7. Able to communicate in daily spoken or written English.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
1. Experience working on SAP S/4HANA upgrades or new implementation projects, rich experience in 3rd party integration, familiar with logistics or FI/CO.
2. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
3. Excellent technical evaluation capabilities: Ability to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of different interface technologies and propose best practices that meet the company's current situation.
4. Excellent communication and coordination skills: Ability to efficiently communicate and collaborate with business users, internal IT teams, and external vendors.
