Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field

3+ years of experience in software manual testing

3+ years of experience writing and executing SQL queries

3+ years of experience in an Agile/Scrum environment

3+ years of experience testing mobile, web, and service-based applications

3+ years of experience in mobile, web, and service-based automation testing

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional engineering team

Strong skills in requirement analysis and test case design/execution

Strong teamwork, initiative, and ownership

Solid understanding of functional, regression, and integration testing

Self-starter capable of working independently or as part of a team

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese

Ability to self-manage and prioritize work effectively under pressure

Passionate about QA

Responsibilities:
Focus on functional manual testing and automation regression testing for mobile, web, and service-based applications.

Design and maintain manual test cases for comprehensive area coverage and product delivery.

Design and maintain automation test cases for full regression of all applications.

Create and execute manual test cases across various test environments.

Execute automation test cases across different test environments.

Identify, investigate, report, and track issues to resolution.

Collaborate closely with NA and China development and QA teams to ensure product quality.

Ensure adherence to established software quality assurance procedures.

Preferred:
Proficient in Python or Ruby

Knowledge using Testlink or other test case repository tools

Knowledge using JIRA or other bug tracking applications
