We are looking for a Regional Product Manager for our client, a Finnish multinational industrial group. You will be responsible for leading the overall business strategy for screening products in the designated region, including market positioning, product line planning, and P&L management, and will focus on driving regional market share growth through distributor network development and technical support. This role will also provide in-depth training and support to distributors and key customers on product application, technical features, and competitive market positioning.
Key tasks and Responsibilities
80 Regional product development and management
80 Capital quotation support
80 Regional product strategies and action plans
80 Application support and model selection proposal support
80 Sourcing strategies and management in unison with the delivery team and CNS supply chain
80 Tier 2 technical support
80 Onsite support to market areas and sales channels
80 Product support
80 Supports final sales negotiations, under the costumer’s requests, and participates in
contract review.
80 Established the Contract Master Schedule. Regarding delivery time, make a reasonable
project plan & budget cost after communication with customers and relevant departments
(Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality).
80 According to the cost budget, prepare procurement files and participate in supplier
selection.
80 Regularly following the cost committed and to be committed, have provision and solution
for saving the cost and overrunning budget.
80 Ensure project execution is done by Project Management Procedures including scope and
time management, cost and quality control, risk management, procurement and
manufacturing constraints by considering the ***** situation and adaptations.
80 Notifies in writing any modifications from the original scope of plan or contract, regardless
of their origin: customer, sub-contractor, supplier etc.
80 Follows up customer payments and gets involved in technical difficulties.
80 Draws up the follow-up elements required for the project closing meetings, which he puts
forward to the General Manager.
80 Feeds back improvement opportunities to the Design Department via Design Reviews and
80 Language skills: Fluent English required; other language skills are seen as bonus.
