Key Responsibilities
* Take ownership of design projects from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with project goals and user needs
* Conduct user research and analysis to understand the needs, pain points, and business workflows
* Create user personas, journey maps, and information architecture to guide the design process
* Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for complex product interfaces and dashboards
* Collaborate with BA, product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to iterate on designs and implement user-centered solutions
* Well organized for all the relevant design assets and references
* Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to improve the product
experience continuously
* Stay up-to-date with UX best practices and emerging trends in product design
* Create and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or higher in UX Design, Industry Design, HCI, or related fields
* 5+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in B2B or enterprise software
* Strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and problem-solving skills
* Proficient in Figma. Deepening understanding of Figma's capabilities, version
control, and relevant design system usage
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and SaaS business models
* Ability to balance user needs with business goals and technical constraints
