Responsibilities
-Responsible for daily management of requests of all applications of the company;
-Assist to on board suppliers and partners to use new systems (Internal Training, write IT User guide, …);
-Understand and write systems specifications requirement documentation and procedures that respond to users;
-Assist our customers , partners and employees to Provide technical solutions and analyze track incidents;
-Assist systems under test environment and resolves issues using basic debugging approaches;
-Other tasks assigned by the superior.
Requirements
-College degree or above;
-With the experience of system operations, fresh graduates with good qualifications will also be considered;
-Good command of English;
-Customer and Internal User-Oriented;
-Strong focus on understanding and meeting customer and internal user needs;
-Excellent internal and external communication skills;
-Ability to analyze user requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions or configurations;
-Understands procurement, shipping, finance, sourcing (not necessarily an expert).
