Job Description:
1. Responsible for the overall operation of the company's brand website, formulated website marketing strategy, optimized operation process, and formulated a perfect online operation system;
2. Developed product roadmap for website iteration, and put forward operation strategy based on market feedback.
3. Responsible for improving GMV, PV, UV and user retention of the website.
4. Responsible for designing the standardized operation process of website operation and maintenance
5. Responsible for the overall traffic analysis and data analysis of the website, and timely put forward the optimization and adjustment of the company's data marketing direction; Effective keyword promotion.
6. Daily update and maintenance of website homepage and secondary channels.
Qualifications:
1. Full-time bachelor degree or above, major is not limited;
2. More than 2 years' experience in website operation, familiar with website and network maintenance, experience in website design and construction, content planning and operation;
Good English reading and writing skills;
4. Keen market insight, customer demand analysis ability, excellent data sorting and analysis ability;
5. Have a strong sense of professional responsibility, quick thinking, strong logic, good at communication, high commitment to work, strong resistance to pressure.
