Overview

Based in Manila office, this role reports directly to PH CEO, responsible for assisting PH CEO to ensure the sustainable growth of the business, deliver operational excellence and lead project efforts. In addition, this role serves as the main contact window between SH and Manila offices with extensive collaborations with internal functions, and external vendors and partners.



Main Job Duties

• Shadowing PH CEO in overall business management and initiative assessment, work out actionable recommendations and suggestions for business growth and operational excellence;

• In charge of developing and maintaining trustworthy business relationships with external partners and vendors, including but not limited to financial institutions, data providers, credit bureaus, and collection agencies;

• Conduct market intelligence and project feasibility studies, and manage project planning and execution endeavors;

• Other ad-hoc work assignments when necessary.



Job Skills and Requirements

• Around 5 years of working experience, either from consulting background or sitting on a similar role in Fintech/Internet industries;

• Bachelor degree and above;

• Strategic thinking and data-driven analytical capabilities;

• Excellent command of both written and verbal English;

• Proficient in MS Office Programs;

• Willing to accept frequent business travels and relocation to other markets for both short-term and long-term assignments.
