We are looking for Strategy Intern with Research/Customer Insight/Strategy background who has passion for Digital and Customer Experience to join the VMLY&R Customer Experience team in FORD Shanghai.
In the CX team, you will cooperate with CX Lead, Strategists and Experience Designers to finish works from different projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborates to complete desktop research, customer research and workshop
• Work proactively with strategist to understand the issues and target of research
• Participant and support the communication of project brief and execution
• Document and manage end-to-end reporting
Requirements:
• Communication and collaboration skills
• Quick learner and team player
Required Experience:
• Bachelor’s in Design, Sociology, Phycology, Statistics, Marketing, Economics or Service Design
• Have desk research, customer research, validation, or service design project experience or internship experience is a plus
